Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This is a 1969 Volkswagen Convertible Beetle. The car is pretty complete and a great restoration candidate. For starters the car does run well shift in all four gears well and reverse, and steers well as it has been driven. The gas lines are not hooked up but I can take care of that should the winning bidder need a car haul. The car has a great running engine with 34,500 miles, and has NO end play, as it is not the original engine but a matching “H” case engine. The top frame is in good shape, with NO major rust issues and opens and closes freely. All the glass is in great shape also, as the rear glass is included. The seats are in good original condition as well as the door panels but are all in just daily driver condition. The body does have some rust issues. It will need the heater channels, reinforcement rails & floor pans replaced along with some other body work for sure but it is definitely not a basket case. The windows all crank all the way up and down, and the chrome on the frames is decent but need some polishing up. Tires are all in good condition. The brakes need re done as only the emergency brake works. The front bumper is NEW and the rear is missing. All of the parking, tail light and brake lights are included. Car comes with a nice dash with NO cracks. Fenders are all in good usable condition as well as the correct deck lid and front hood. There are a few minor holes in the corner of the luggage area and under the rear seat as I have many pictures of it. The front beam is in great shape with NO rust issues. I have additional pictures so if needed please feel free to ask. Car comes with a CLEAN OHIO TITLE IN MY NAME !!! I will NOT DELIVER the car as the lucky bidder is responsible for the pick-up of the vehicle.
