In this case we will refund his money in full. NO REFUND on any airline tickets or travel expenses. We will be more than happy to give you a complimentary ride back to the airport. 2. Customer who end up having the vehicle shipped has 24 hours from the time the shipping company drop it off to inform us that they want to return the vehicle. They can drive the vehicle but maximum of 100 miles. It is customer responsibility to arrange for the shipping back to our dealership. As soon as we receive the vehicle we will inspect it to make sure that it is still in the same condition it was picked up in. After confirming this we will issue a full refund less the transportation cost from and to the dealership. meaning that there is NO REFUND on the shipping cost.
