Vehicle Detail
With only three owners from new (myself included), extensive service records going back to 1988, and 69,000 km (about 43,000 miles), we feel confident in claiming that this one of the best Mondial QVs you will find. Rare and stunning color combination of Nero over Crema leather. Rare non-sunroof coupe. Originally sold in France, this Ferrari lived just outside of Paris with its original owner until 2004. The owner had both the Mondial and a 348 (see pics of the car in France with TRX wheels) and shipped the Mondial to his home in Naples, Florida to enjoy when he was stateside. He sold the car four years later in 2008 to a gentleman in Atlanta who owned and cared for it for several years before I bought it. All history and records are organized in a binder. No accident history, body is in great condition with no rust issues. Paint shows well with a couple chips here and there. New tires on 348 17-inch wheels, original TRXs are included. Interior is nearly flawless and still smells new -- you can't drive this car anywhere without people complimenting the timeless Ferrari design and how gorgeous the interior is. All original Ferrari/Sigla glass in good condition with original tire size/pressure sticker on windshield and selling dealer sticker on back glass. All glass is etched with "90 SN 78" which is the number plate assigned to the car in France (and fitted to the front bumper). All electrical items are working, A/C blows cold. Engine sounds and runs great, gearbox shifts smoothly -- even engaging second when cold. I just took it on an 800 mile road trip to North Carolina and it performed flawlessly. Fresh oil service and a motor mount replacement in September 2014. Belts were done about four years ago (and unlike the later Mondial T the belts can be changed easily with the engine in the car on this model). Coolant hoses, T-stat, CV boots, battery, A/C service, caps/rotors/wires all done within the last 3,000 miles. Owner's and service books in original case. All tools included. Rare Ferrari first aid kit, Ferrari branded Pioneer stereo (works well), original keys, extra keys and factory service manual included. Overall it shows and runs as a garaged and well-cared for car -- you'll be hard pressed to find a Mondial more unique (great colors, Euro spec) or with a better history (good ownership and records).
