This is 2004 Suzuki Burgman 400cc Scooter with 8750 miles. Over all condition is very nice except for some scratches on the front left cowling and rear left grab rail. The scratches were on the bike when I purchased it from the previous owner. He dropped the bike coming to a stop on gravel. I touched up all the scratches and they blend in and not as noticeable. The rest of the paint, plastic, chrome and seat are all in excellent condition.The scooter runs flawless, starts every time without any problem. The ride is very comfortable. I have a 2004 Honda Silverwing and like the ride of the Burgman much better but need the bigger engine of the Honda. The tires have more than 75% tread left, brakes are in good working order and I changed the oil when I purchased it at 7093 miles. The bike as a Givi windshield which work terrific for going through wind. The stock windshield comes with the bike also. I get exactly 50 miles to a gallon at speeds of 60-65 mph. I've had the bike up to 80 mph and sure it will go a little faster but don't really want to try it on a scooter. My only reason for selling it is I purchased it for my girlfriend after selling her motorcycle thinking she might ride more and that hasn't happened. I ride it to and from work every two weeks to keep it running and that's about all it gets ridden. I can't stand seeing it just sitting around not being used. The plates are good through March 2015. I have two keys and a Factory Service manual that comes with the bike. I will be out of town Oct 13th-Oct 22nd so pick up must be on or before Oct 12th or after Oct 22nd. My reserve is $400 less than blue book and half the mileage recommended. I purchased this last year for $2850 so I'm not trying to make any money off this scooter. The bike is sold as is. Bike must be picked up or shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. I require a $250.00 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
