To put this all in perspective, this car has been tested by multiple sources and consistently produces low 4 second 0-60 times; that's on par or faster than any respectable sports car. John 856 9O5 19O8 On Oct-01-14 at 19:36:51 PDT, seller added the following information: A few things I would like to add: This S600 was last serviced just before 65,000 miles at the dealership. This service included new synthetic oil and filter change, two new air cleaners, overall fluid check and vehicle inspection finding no issues needing repair. There should be no major maintenance required for several thousand more miles.A common issue with these V12s is a coolant leak resulting from deteriorated O-ring seals on the coolant inlet tubes to the turbos (these turbos are water cooled). Mercedes will claim that the entire motor must be pulled and the turbos must be replaced with new units because the parts cannot be bought separately though I have found that to be untrue. You will not have to worry about paying the dealer $10,000+ to install two $5 O-rings on this particular S600. The coolant O-ring seals and oil gaskets were just replaced as preventative maintenance on both turbos. I don't want the next owner to have any issues with the car.A cool feature most don't expect or immediately notice about these cars is the buttons on the back of the steering wheel to to upshift and downshift manually just as you would find in other high end sports cars.
