Vehicle Detail

Engine: SBC 350. Starting with a 4bolt main gm crate engine, strip it down, bore it .30 over, install flat top pistons, chrome moly rings, Comp Thumper cam, spring and lifter kit. Port & polish the 194 heads. Install an Edelbrock EPS aluminum intake with vintage style oil filler tube and scripted valve covers. Truck has new exhaust. Trans: Transmission was rebuilt and a shift kit installed. Suspension: CPP components were added . The front has 2.5 drop spindles, 6 lug rotors, calipers, lowering springs, tubular a arms, tie rod end adjuster sleeves, new tie rod ends and power steering complete the front. The rear has lowering springs, relocated shock mount and adjustable pan hard bar. Gas shocks were added on all four corners. The truck has 20x8.5 Centerline smoothies, which have been modified by "Delmo" of Delmo's Speed and Kustom to accept original Chevy caps. Centers are painted black. Interior: The dash and doors remain uncut. The original radio and speaker work great. Steering wheel has been reconditioned, as well as the door panels. The seat has also been recovered. The original e-brake handle now serves as the shifter. There is no working e-brake at this time. A small tach. sits on top of the steering column. A small gauge cluster is mounted under the dash. All gauges and lights work with the exception of the speedo. Body: This truck spent the first 45 years of its life in Arizona, a short time in Southern California, then a short time in the Northwest. Truck was stored for 18 years before all of the current work was done. It now is garaged at all times. The truck is rust free. All body panels are original, as well as the paint. The body is very straight with a few small dings and scrapes, adding to its patina. The doors have been lettered with a shop logo. The bedsides have holes, which can be seen in pics. These holes were added by the original owner. He had a canopy and had these holes for air flow while camping. The cab has clearance lights which were special ordered by the original owner from the factory. Truck also has a vintage working spotlight. Bed wood is all original and solid. This truck runs and drives great. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
