Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 1997 Lincoln Dual Axle Super Stretch Limousine that measures 39 feet in length. This car must go NOW! The starting bid is low and there is no reserve. The highest bid takes it. With only 56,000 original miles, this unique vehicle runs and drives great. The cloth and leather interior is in excellent shape. The interior features a fold down bed in the rear and a mirrored ceiling that depicts the New York City skyline. The mirror has a crack. The previous owner of this vehicle removed the vinyl top because rust had begun to develop where the roof meets the body. Where there was rust, he made repairs with fiberglass, but he didn't finish it so it is rather rough looking. It needs more sanding and prep work. The gentleman that sold me the car painted the entire roof with white rust-oleum. The entire car should be painted. The a/c works front and rear. All the lights work in the rear passenger compartment. The stereo functions. I couldn't figure out how to get the televisions to operate. The car has a rather unique feature of strobe lights built into the tail lights and front parking lights. The limousine has dual exhaust. There is a hole in one of the exhaust pipes about halfway back the length of the car. One of the tires does not match the other five. It is a mud/snow blackwall while the other ones are whitewall all season. I drove the car on a short trip today (9/21/14), and the abs light came on. I really want to sell this car so that I can put the money towards the purchase of a house. I have it priced to sell. Please don't bid unless you plan on making a deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction, and can pay the balance within a week of the end of the auction. Please Note: If you purchase the car, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours. The balance is to be paid with cash, a cleared cashier's check or Paypal. Please don't ask for my bank account number so that you can deposit money into my account. Thanks for your interest.
