Vehicle runs well and has minor scratches, scrapes, chips and dings indicative of a 10 year old vehicle. Tire tread wear is poor. Interior shows expected wear. The drivers seat and center arm rest has some tears and holes in the upholstery. AC is VERY cold. Heater works too. GPS and touchscreen controls all work. Known problems are as follows: 1- The front end makes a popping sound when turning. This vehicle was taken to a mechanic that services our vehicles. It was discovered that it needs struts and a front end alignment. This accounts for the uneven tread wear. 2 - The sound system does not work. It needs an amplifier. This amplifier can only come from the Lexus dealer we have been told. 3- The trunk only opens with the key. May be a simple fix but we never looked into this problem.
