I’m selling my 51 Chevy two door hardtop that I purchased a couple of years ago from down in Houston, TX. It came out of Arizona and is a beautiful Resto Rod (Restored Street Rod). It has a newer 235 six (6) cylinder with a Borg Warner four (4) speed & a Chevy ten (10) bolt rear end. I’m not sure what is in the engine but it has an Offenhauser two (2) single barrel set-up with a Corvette split exhaust. This thing not only runs great but there is nothing sweeter than the sound of a six (6) cylinder with duals. The odometer reads 25,000 miles but I do not have any documentation. The car is geared perfectly with a good low end take-off and a great highway top end. It has a great stereo system, directional signals, tach & all gauges work on 12 volts. This car has been driven in many parades with no overheating problems. I really love driving this car and it gets a lot more looks than the average Tri-5. I hate to see this one go but you know how it is, too many cars and not enough space. You are welcome to inspect the car before bidding.
