1979 Ford F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 Short Bed. Many, Many Rebuilt and Newer Parts Makes This Truck a Solid Investment With Years of Reliability When Completed. This Rare 3/4 Ton Ford Truck Was Bought in San Fernando Valley (Southern California) in 2000 By the Current Owner. It Was Then Stripped of the Weak Dana 60 Rear Axle and Front Dana 44 High Pinion Axle. The Weak 400 M Engine Was Also Pulled Out. The 400M Was Replaced By a Rebuilt 460 Cubic Inch Engine Mated to a Rebuilt 4x4 C6 3 Speed Automatic Transmission. A New Sky Jacker 4 Inch Suspension Lift Kit Was Installed Over a Matching Ratio 1979 Ford F-350 One Ton Dana 70 Rear Axle and One Ton Dana 60 Front Disc Axle. 4 Years Ago, the Entire Body Was Painted Midnight Metallic Blue. The Short Bed Was Lined With Liquid Bed Liner. New Carpet Was Installed in the Interior. New Headlights, New Outer Aluminum Grille Shell, New Grille Inserts and Front and Rear Bumpers Were Also Installed.
