I am a Honda motorcycle dealer and have been collecting different Hondas over the years. I purchased this from a dealer friend of mine in 2007, rode it home, drained the fuel from the tank and carbs and parked it. This week I got it out, added fresh fuel and a used battery, filled the tires with air and took it for a ride. It is by far mostly original - what I can see are the wrong grips, tires have been replaced sometime, and it has a Bates engine guard. Bike is very nice, not perfect, but all there. I was at the point of taking it apart, cleaning, polishing, re-clearing the aluminum when I realized once done I would just park it back in the corner again, so here it is for sale. This bike is worth the effort to restore and basically needs just to be cleaned and detailed. Lights and horn work, good front tire but back is starting to weather crack. Instruments not faded, seat perfect, original owners manual, auxiliary kick starter. Inside of tank looks good. I can store inside for up to 30 days after purchase. PayPal for deposit only, the rest in cash or wire transfer. I will sell this bike through my dealership but there is no tax here or doc fees - what you bid is what you pay.
