This car is in excellent condition for being 28 years old. The brakes are about 6000 miles, the alternator is new, the steering has been gone over and pitman arm was replaced, the water pump has been replaced. The clutch cable is new but the clutch disc may be in need of replacing. I believe it is the original The small stationary window in the right rear door is broken and I have been unable to find one. This car only has 98,317 original miles on it and it shows better in how it looks. I know, it doesn't show up in any books or searches but this car really is a 1986. This models production was ceased in 1983 or 84 but the remaining parts inventory was large enough to last.. two or three more years. It can be challenging to find parts for but 1983 and up parts are fairly interchangeable. For example the water pump is from a 1981 which leads me to believe the motor is as well. It comes with a few spare parts but I do not have a current list and I have three different repair manuals for the car. This car is exceedingly rare and an excellent project bed or replace the clutch and drive as is. If the car does not sell in September I will be doing all repairs myself over the winter and the price will increase dramatically. My daughter currently has the car in San Francisco and it is a daily driver. Possession of the car can be taken in SF, CA or the surrounding bay area. Transfer of possession will NOT take place until funds have been transferred and cleared by my bank. I have a clean Washington title and I will be the transfer agent for the new owner. Transportation can be arranged to the lower 48 states wholly at the new owners expense. I will do what I can to assist in this part of the deal.
