1949 Willy's Jeepster. The car originally came out of North Carolina and then via Connecticut from where I bought it from. The car has undergone a complete mechanical restoration and a partial exterior restoration. Over $ 8,500. spent on restoration work. The original 4 cylinder motor was completely rebuilt. .30 over with new everything from Kaiser Willy.New Clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing.Overdrive.New wheel bearings, wheel cylinders, brake shoes.New Shocks.New front windshield glass and gasket.Interior repainted and new carpet and door panels installed.Seats redone in vinyl.New Best Top with pads, and new side curtains.All gauges work.New Steering Wheel and trim.All lights work and blinkers installed.Tires are in great condition.New hubcaps and beauty rings.The car runs and drives great and needs nothing.Chrome and bright work in very good condition.There are a few sports on the paint that aren't perfect but still very nice.
