Vehicle Detail

0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false “Bruiser," a Cafe conversion. 45k Miles. If you want a reliable, easy to work on, unique, one-of-a-kind ride, look no further. Lots of time, care, and expense went into this conversion. I started building cafe bikes three years ago. My second build was featured in Iron & Air Magazine. Some new, mixed with old parts for a classic period look. Why buy a me-too bike? Stand out from the mundane with a classic example of German Engineering! Read on for more information. All fluids changed, new seals, filters, gaskets, and plugs. Removed the auxiliary oil cooler (for RS and RTs), and replaced with genuine BMW parts for conversion. Removed and replaced old pushrod tube seals, new head gaskets and o-rings. Brand new clutch installed; spline lubed, replaced neutral switch. New rear brake hoses, and brake pipe. Valves, timing and carburetors adjusted. This bike looks and rides awesome, but is not a brand new bike. It does have some patina to it. But the pictures are pretty spot on good. Just don't expect it not to have any minor blems. Look close to paint chip on front fender, hardly noticeable when mounted. I just rode this bike 435 miles last this weekend. It rides GREAT! Powder coated the wheels, valve, timing, and starter covers, rear Sub Frame (de-tabbed), Battery Box, Air Box Triple Clamp and Fender Eliminator. New Acewell Digital Speedo, and Tachometer New Tomaselli Clip-Ons Powder coated Brown's sidestand Paint by Ryan's Motorcycle Painting, Sacramento Painted rear swingarm, and lubricated pivots Boxer Metal rear fender eliminator, and tail light assembly Hagon Shocks New turn signal indicators Cafe seat--can carry a passenger too. French stitched seams New Pirelli Sport Demon tires, and Bridgestone tubes (less than 600 miles) New wheel bearings, and seals, splines lubed Front fork gators, and fresh fork oil MAC 2 into 1 Exhaust Stainless Earles Brake lines, with fresh brake fluid. Thunderchild diode board installed Fresh Odyssey battery Napoleon bar end Mirrors The multiple pictures show as accurately as possible the exact condition of the bike. The winning bidder is asked to transfer a $500 non-refundable deposit via PayPal, and begin making arrangements for payment with me, within 24 hours of the auctions end. The transaction to be completed within a 3 day period, unless other arrangements have been made. I will be happy to turn the bike over to your shipper, according to your directions, by your arrangement. All shipping arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Deposit may be made by PayPal, balance by cash or cashier’s check. This bike is also for sale locally and the auction will end early for a qualified serious buyer.
