Good solid running, driving, bad ass project / great old school hot rod. The Chevelle runs and drives great. I've had a blast running it at the track in nostalgia drag races Rat Rod shows,& simply raising hell on the street........ just lost interest over the last couple of years so its time to let her go. The car has been a drag racer most of its life, its straight, very solid with no major rust ( some starting /trunk drip seal is rotten), Rear ladder bar setup, back halved and tubbed, ( sheet metal on tubs is rough but functional) all the major work was done when I got the car. Glass is intact not broken or cracked in good cond. except rear that is scratched up. 15 gal. plastic fuel cell in trunk. Quarters were old school cut & stretched. Needs minor electrical, body and paint. Mechanically strong, no over heating, no leaks, just a fun to drive, dependable bad ass old school hot rod. Details..... Eng : 427 BBC Bored 60 over 396 iron head roller motor /Cam ?/ 850 Demon carb /Holley elect. fuel pump. Trans: Muncie M21 4spd / Centerforce HD clutch /Lakewood blow proof housing/Hurst stick. Heavy Duty driveshaft with solid joints Rear: Ford 9" 350 gear / Strange full Spool /Moser 26 spline axels and coil over shocks. Wilwood disk brakes (all 4).Wheels & Tires : old school centerline's w/ Micky Thompson F 70 14 front / 29x 15.5x 15 Sportsman rear. 10 point roll cage. 3" exhaust with "Y" outlet & flowmaster mufflers.
