I bought this car three years ago and have not had a problem with it other than the regulator on the back window failing. Because I bought a warranty with the car, that was fixed for $50. Most other cars you find here will have a warranty for a month or six months. I am offering to transfer the warranty with the sale and you can buy with confidence as you'll have coverage until October 2016 or when the car reaches 192K miles. Please see the last two pictures for details of the warranty. Please note that I can only transfer the warranty to another private party buyer. I have maintained this car at the dealer with some minor work done at an ASE mechanic who specializes in German cars. The oil change was done at 113K miles, and I had a service done as well. Brake lights all work, instrument cluster is good. Windshield wipers are new as well. There is an on and off rattle from the moon roof. The moon roof slides and tilts just fine. The upholstery inside is in great condition as is the leather seats. There are no cracks or tears in the seats. This is a great car that you will love owning. I am only selling because I now work at home and don't need to own two cars. I have the title from Florida DMV and will sign over and overnight to you once the financials have cleared. I have been asked why the auto-check report states that the service warranty was cancelled but I'm selling with a warranty - when I bought the car it came with a warranty from the dealer. I exercised my option of cancelling that warranty and purchasing one on my own. The one I purchased on my own is what will be transferred on purchase.
