This is a 1970 250c 2 door coop. Over all it is a very good car just not the right one for me. I bought it in in or around 2000 for $3,500.00 I planned on restoring the car but quickly realized I am not good at that type of project. I decide to just enjoy driving the car during the summers. The car runs well. It drives smoothly after the entail start, handles nicely. It was designed as a sport sedan and it performs as such. Responsive 6 cyl, 4 spd automatic or manual shift. The mechanical issues with this car are minimal. Primarily because I have; replaced the head gasket and head, rebuilt the transmission and had the one remaining worm gear found anywhere in the US installed to fix the moon roof. All of these repairs work flawlessly. I have at least $7000 into the repairs. I went way over board and now it is time to cut my losses. The interior is the issue, dashboard, driver sided seat, headliner all need replacing or serious repair. Gas tank has a small leak after it is more than half full. The trunk is huge, I'd say at least three good size bodies could fit back there, or 4 sets of golf clubs. Quick ReviewThe BadLeak at the halfway point in the gas tankDoes not accelerate smoothly.
