Vehicle Detail

You are looking at an MGB restoration project that I started a few years ago but have been unable to finish. Now, I need the room for other projects and have to get this vehicle out of my driveway before August 27th. If you cannot pick up the vehicle between August 23rd and August 27th, please do not bid. It is missing the smog equipment, but it may not be required on a vehicle of this age in your state. Vehicle has wire wheels which need to be trued and rust in the sills, door skins, rear fenders and some in the floorboards. Electrically and mechanically the vehicle was sound when the restoration was begun a few years ago, but I can't be sure of the condition today. Engine has less than 100,000 miles on it according to the odometer, but I can't vouch for its accuracy as it was 25 years old when it came into my possession. This MGB will require a full restoration or can be used for parts. It has painted wire wheels, stainless steel exaust, Peco headers, the DGV Weber carburetor with manual choke (not currently installed) and some new pieces needed to do some of the restoration work on the sills located on the passenger side, I have the windshield, seats, top, etc. that were removed from the car. The car spent several years stored under a car port, but is now stored in my driveway under a tarp and needs to find a new home. I have a clear title for the car which I will transfer when we complete our transaction Though car is currently not in running condition, I believe the tires will hold air and we can push the vehicle on to a trailer. The pictures you see span a couple of years from the time the restoration was started to the way the vehicle looks today in no particular order I am currently out of town and will not be able to provide much additional information about the vehicle, but please ask me any questions you may have and I'll do my best to answer them.
