1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible This Eldorado convertible is one of only 2300 produced in 1985. I purchased the car several years ago with the intention of restoring it. I have lost interest in the project and decided to sell it. Also included in the sale is a 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz hardtop parts car. The convertible is a very restorable car. The original color is white but it has been repainted diamond white at some point. The hood and front fenders are rusty, the doors have rust along the inner bottom seal and the quarter panels and trunk lid look good with some minor surface rust. The floors look solid with some crusty surface rust. All of the stainless steel trim is there and are in good condition. The car comes with two continental spare tire kits. The convertible top material will need to be replaced. The top switch was missing when I purchase the car so I don't know the condition of the lifts or pump. The interior looks good and and doesn't have any significant wear. The interior looks better in the pictures than it is and leather seats need to be cleaned. The power windows are are not working. The car was running when I pulled it out to clean and take pictures but after I pressure washed the engine it turns over but won't start. The car is currently not drivable and will need to be trailered. The parts car is a 1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz hardtop recovered stolen vehicle. It has 67000 original miles on it and was a beautiful car before it was stolen. Most of the interior and some of the exterior trim was taken. The body panels are virually rust free and are in very nice condition. The parts car has all of the major parts needed to restore the convertible. The tires are in very good condition. It has a remote-locking fuel filler door which is a rare option that can be installed on the convertible. The parts has a title and does run but will need to be trailered. The cars haven't been driven regularly in several years and need batteries. The batteries can be used to start the cars to load them but won't keep a charge. I have always stored the cars indoors since I've owned them. I have some more pictures by request.
