Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 1981 gmc caballero (el camino) it hasbeen updated to the 82-87 dual headlight frontend. It is powered by a newer 350 small block chevy withcenterbolt valve covers. Car has headers with fulldual exhaust, running through flowmaster mufflers. Enginehas an edelbrock performer intake (painted black) and hasa 600 cfm edelbrock carb with electric choke. It has an electric fuel pump, so no long cranks, just turn key on, wait a few seconds for the fuel system to prime, 2-3 pumps of the accelerator, and she fires up onthe first try, everytime! Transmission is a 700r4 that was rebuiltless than 2 years ago, great low end and cruises at 80 without a problem. Car has dual electric fans. Recently installed a new lunatibarebones 268 camshaft. Has a nice lopey idle, but very wellmannered for street use. Paint is 2 years old, there are a few chipsand the hood scoop has some cracking around the edges (will provide pictures of said cracks) Car has new weatherstripping, window felts, rear air shocks. Interior is also 2 years old and shows great. Car has pioneer mp3 cd player and 2 6x9 speakers behind the seat. All lights operate, as do wipers. Heater is disconnected, and a/c is missing compressor. Wheels are coys, 17x7 front, 18x8 rear. Tires in great shape. I have rally wheels (15x8 and 15x7) or draglites (15x8 and 15x4.5), I will post pictures with the 3 different wheels, and buyer can take their pick. Car has clear California title, it is registered and insuredand driven regularly. I will provide a link so the engine can be heard. Feel free to email with any questions, thanks for lookingand good luck bidding!
