You are bidding on a 1958 Cadillac 4-door hardtop. Black body with black and white interior with 117,000 original miles. The original 365 c.i. engine and automatic transmission runs and drives fantastic with no leaks or any issues and is currently used frequently especially for car shows and cruises and is a very reliable maintenance-free car. Under the hood is all original except for the air cleaner, with a very good dual exhaust system, recent new brake system along with decent wide-whitewall tires. All of the lights, power windows and power seat, heat, wipers and gauges are in proper working order with the exception of the fuel gauge being that the original fuel tank has been removed and a temporary fuel cell has been installed in the trunk (as shown in pictures). The original fuel tank was removed to be cleaned and re-sealed and we were informed it needed to be replaced. The car is completely operable with the fuel cell replacing the original tank. A new factory-original tank can be reinstalled if that is what is preferred, just have not got around to doing that. The body on the car is pretty decent for being 56-years-old with no rust or rot. It has had an older repaint but still looks presentable as a driver-quality car and would probably look better if it was buffed. The chrome is all there and also in driver-quality condition with only the back bumper showing more wear needing to be rechromed or replaced. All of the glass is nice with no cracks or chips. The interior is very nice for its age as shown in pictures, which I believe it to be original. It also has a spare tire and bumper jack in trunk. This car still turns heads as it is now and would be a great daily driver that you could hop in and go anywhere, or would be a perfect candidate to restore to show quality.
