SADLY it is time to put up for auction, MY… I am downsizing to a smaller house and some of my "toys" have to go to new owners! My AWESOME 1980 Mark 1 Celica Supra with less than 53,000 original miles I am the 2nd owner and have been care taker of this wonderful car since October 2002, when I purchased it from the original owners (46,000 miles at that time) Once I had the car in hand, my mechanic went over it with a fine tooth comb Changed the oil, checked the fluids and changed out the ORIGINAL thermostat (he said) So I am 100% sure these are the original miles. 4ME 6 cylinder inline, runs smooth, 5-speed shifts quickly and quietly! Brakes straight and smooth! I only drove this rarely to car shows, and just to keep things lubed up Hence the low mileage today! NEW battery and electric fuel pump (factory replacement) When I first purchased this, I had the interior recovered in ultra suede, in a beautiful 2-tone To look similar to the original, but yet be modern as well ($2500 for this) I HAD a couple small places of rust near the mud flaps repaired and repainted at the same time The only rust I know of on this car now is a spot at the left rear tail light, about the size of a quarter The hood and left fender have been repainted in the original Metallic Copper  because of a ding from a parking lot on the fender (and the hood had some fading, no damage) So the paint is a slight bit darker on the hood and left fender. Chrome and stainless are beautiful, with no dings or dents that I have seen! EVERYTHING works as it should on this Jewel of a car!  lights, automatic a/c (blows cool), cruise control,  heater, power windows, power door locks, tilt, defroster This will need nothing for anyone to drive home! or have shipped My mechanic is 2 hours away, and it flys up there and back without a hiccup Rides like a cloud and handles GREAT in the curves too!!! Truly a luxury sports car that should appreciate over the next few years EVEN Barrett Jackson says THIS is the car to collect now before the prices take off!!! I have posted pictures of this car from shows, and from last month PLEASE NOTE, the 1981 PP Air Dam, both side louvers and rear louvers are NO LONGER on the car. I have taken the car back to as delivered from the Toyota dealership and wanted it as original as I possible, To sell the car in its pristine state. I am happy to assist in meeting the transport for the pickup OR you can come pick it up and drive it home, half a tank of gas included! LOL ANY questions, please ask before you bid! On Aug-07-14 at 07:16:59 PDT, seller added the following information: Just to clarify, the BRIGHT sunny pictures are from a couple weeks ago, right after it was detailed and all prettied up (but still had the louvers) I have not taken many new pics since the louvers were removed, (just of the nose and the rear) mainly because of the weather and time involved to rewash and get it cleaned back up for pictures that would not be that different.
