Very clean 1984 VF700F V4 Interceptor offered at NO RESERVE. If you absolutely don’t want to attract attention, then don’t buy this bike! It seems anyone who knows anything about motorcycles recognizes a first gen Interceptor and has a story they want to tell about their younger days. I almost always get accosted at the gas pump, and routinely get smiles and thumbs up in traffic. Currently has 20,000 miles on it, and is in very good condition. This bike is a rider, not a show bike – although it wouldn’t take much if that’s what you’re after. I bought it from the second owner last Winter in clean running condition. Although it’s in great shape it does show evidence of being down on the right side at some point in life. The right engine case and lower side of that exhaust have minor scrapes. The right side of the fairing shows damage from the spill also, I’ve touched it up so it is not as noticeable. In short, it’s a very nice “20-footer” that gets compliments every time I take it out. Most older bikes on eBay in this price range need carbs cleaned, a battery, brakes… not this one. Starts instantly, has lots of smooth power, is inspected and ready to go!
