This car was garage kept for most of it's life and in incredible, close to original shape. The story from the previous owner was that a little old lady owned it and stopped driving when her husband died. Judging by the condition, I'd say he probably wasn't lying. This car has lived it's entire life in NYC and has minimal rust on it. When I opened the hood it was easy to see that everything was original and extremely well kept. This is the fireball V6 version and has a two-speed dynaglide transmission. It's not a hot rod. What it is, is a very classy looking, rare, and fun to drive car. I'm so so so sad to have to put it up for sale. We're trying to pay off our other (the family) car and are moving to Brooklyn where you're more likely to find Elvis in Prospect Park than find a decent parking spot. It's a great, reliable daily driver, and a great starting point for an all original restoration. In the last six months, I've had new motor mounts put on as the old ones were dry rotted, a full tune up, fluids changed, new carburetor, and brakes done. Comes with original wheels, cocker classic whitewall tires, spare brake parts, tuning light, car cover, and petronix ignitor. ****The only things wrong with this car mechanically speaking are: 1. A leaky rear wheel cylinder. The NOS part I bought and put on was bad out of the box. It will come with extra (new) wheel cylinders2. Valve cover gaskets and oil sensor gaskets leak small amounts of oil. This car sat in a garage for a long time and they just got a little dry.
