I am listing this for a friend. The odometer reads 46,608, which may very well be correct. The condition of the body, interior, paint, underbody, etc. also confirms the mileage. This is a very comfortable car and drives extremely nice. It has the famous Buick straight 8 and has plenty of power and torque. The car runs and drives beautifully and smooth. I believe this would go across country effortlessly. Exterior: The black paint could very well be original and is very nice for its age….given its age there are some thin spots here and there. The chrome and the stainless steel have held up well, and again, we assume they are original. Very presentable as is. The car is mostly rust free….some minor rust inside the trunk pan. Although not detailed, the underbody & frame is solid and in great shape. Overall, the exterior is in very nice condition for its age. Interior: The upholstery is in very nice original condition, including the headliner. There is no evidence of any smoke and no musty smell. The original AM radio is still present but does not work. Mechanical: The car runs like a top. The motor purrs like a kitten and is very smooth…and has plenty of power. The following was done 2-3 years ago: including new gas tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, master cylinder, valve cover & side lifter cover gaskets, full tune-up, carburetor rebuilt. Just had a recent oil change, new fuel filter and hydraulic shocks topped off. And it still has the original 6 volt electrical system! This beauty should be a solid and reliable car for the next owner. I should mention that the windshield wipers are not working; not sure what is needed to fix them. Also, the speedometer cable began making noise last fall, so the speedometer does not always work. Not sure if just a cable or if something needs attention in the speedometer head itself. Nonetheless, this is definitely a solid car to take to shows. Overall: If you are looking for a rare, beautiful classic car in great shape, then this one’s for you. It runs and drives excellent and will make a very nice classic. A great piece of history, for sure. 1941 Buick Super 8 sedan / Beautiful Original Condition / Mechanically excellent / Drive anywhere

You are viewing a very nice unmolested / unrestored 1941 Buick. I am listing this for a friend. The odometer reads 46,608, which may very well be correct. The condition of the body, interior, paint, underbody, etc. also confirms the mileage. This is a very comfortable car and drives extremely nice. It has the famous Buick straight 8 and has plenty of power and torque. The car runs and drives beautifully and smooth. I believe this would go across country effortlessly.

Exterior:

The black paint could very well be original and is very nice for its age….given its age there are some thin spots here and there. The chrome and the stainless steel have held up well, and again, we assume they are original. Very presentable as is. The car is mostly rust free….some minor rust inside the trunk pan. Although not detailed, the underbody & frame is solid and in great shape. Overall, the exterior is in very nice condition for its age.

Interior:

The upholstery is in very nice original condition, including the headliner. There is no evidence of any smoke and no musty smell. The original AM radio is still present but does not work.

Mechanical:

The car runs like a top. The motor purrs like a kitten and is very smooth…and has plenty of power. The following was done 2-3 years ago: including new gas tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, master cylinder, valve cover & side lifter cover gaskets, full tune-up, carburetor rebuilt. Just had a recent oil change, new fuel filter and hydraulic shocks topped off. And it still has the original 6 volt electrical system! This beauty should be a solid and reliable car for the next owner. I should mention that the windshield wipers are not working; not sure what is needed to fix them. Also, the speedometer cable began making noise last fall, so the speedometer does not always work. Not sure if just a cable or if something needs attention in the speedometer head itself. Nonetheless, this is definitely a solid car to take to shows.

Overall:

If you are looking for a rare, beautiful classic car in great shape, then this one’s for you. It runs and drives excellent and will make a very nice classic. A great piece of history, for sure.
