Vehicle Detail

Im selling my 1970 F100. Ive had the truck for about 5 years, and now we have out grown it as a family. I have put a ton of new parts in it over these last few years. Running gear consists of a very strong 351w with a mild cam, decked D0OE heads Edelbrock intake and carb. New 2.5” dual exhaust with Thrush Turbo mufflers. Sounds really nice but not too loud. New starter, 3g alternator upgrade, new napa battery, New battery cables, water pump, radiator and all hoses, all new gaskets and seals, new timing chain, new flywheel and clutch. When I tore it down to inspect it, it had like new bearings and rings in it and excellent cross hatch in the cylinders. Transmission is a 5 speed manual M5R2 out of a 95 F150. Trans uses a hydraulic clutch. Has new clutch master cylinder Shifts super smooth and quiet. Has a low 1st gear and a tall over drive in 5th. I use it to pull a car trailer and the engine/trans combo is awesome! Rear end is a ford 9” open diff with 3:89 gearing. Has all new seals and outer wheel bearings. I bought the heavy duty bearings just to be safe. Speedometer is accurate. Interior was the first to get done with a new seat, carpet, all door and window seals (except wing windows). Shiny new door sills from LMC. New arm rests. New heater core. New blower motor. Wiper delay upgrade from a 78. New glove box. New blinker switch. New light switch and dimmer switch, Perfect dash with no cracks. Has a nice CD player in it but Its installed with a Volvo kit and I did not cut the dash to put it in. Head liner I bought used and its not perfect but looks good. All windows roll up and down no problem and doors shut and seal great. It does have extra insulation above head liner, behind door panels and under carpet to make it as quite in the cab as possible. Gauge cluster needs new printed circuit board to work, the old one got a small crack in it and didn’t work anymore. Im trying to track another used one down. The odometer does work and the mileage is accurate. Has new brakes all around, new master and brake booster Freshly turned drums (all 4) Does need new ebrake cables as they sometimes will stick when ebrake released. Truck will come with everything to swap to front disk brakes. I also have all new bushings and steering linkage (tie rods) never installed. New yellow Monroe shocks. Over load springs. Truck has new power steering box and is nice and tight. Wheels are factory ford steelies that I got off a 80s f150. I swapped to these cause they are 1.5” wider than the factory 5.5” wheels. Made the whole truck ride better. Tires are a newer set of Michelins. Excellent tread and balanced upon install. Body is pretty straight with very minimal rust, I do have some extra tail lenses and blinker lenses that go with it. Front passenger fender has a dent that is visible in pics, as does the passenger door. The rest of the truck is super straight and solid I do have all of the trim that goes down the side of the truck and its all near perfect. All in all it’s a nice looking and driving truck, it goes down the road nice, has lots of power and stops great. I am confident that whoever buys it will have a fun, reliable truck.
