Vehicle Detail

1975. The hull is pretty solid. There are no soft spots, and my son and I spent a good amount of time repairing scratches, chips, and dings on the hull. We put new glass on it here and there, as well as filling in the imperfections with epoxy. We then painted the bottom with marine epoxy paint. The transom does not "oil can," and has a motor mount on it. The sails are in fair to poor condition in that they are soft, stained, and limp. They are in rough but usable shape. There is a main and two jibs of slightly different sizes. All are usable for recreational sailing. One of the jibs has a 4 inch tear along the seam in the leach. One of the jibs has a brittle window that has cracked. The main has several small holes about the size of a dime, and three about the size of a playing card. All can be repaired using sail tape. I have the tape but I don't want to repair them until someone gets a chance to see the real damage first. Definitely not for racing but it is a Bucc after all and should move along pretty nicely even with these disappointing sails. The trailer is solid but I'm sure the lights aren't working. It hasn't been registered in at least seven or eight years. The standing rigging is all in tact. I have the lines needed to fully rig it. I have the back hatch cover, and one of the forward hatch covers. I believe the jib blocks are missing but apart from that, I believe it is ready to sail. The motor looks to be old but in in very good condition although it is missing the blades. I'd like to sell this as a boat, and not as boat parts. Selling the trailer, the motor, the mast, the boom, the blades, the tiller, and the hardware would likely fetch far more than I'm asking here but then there'd be one less Bucc on the water.
