This 1978 HJ45 Ute is EXTREMELY RARE in the US. It has a 4 cylinder, 3.0 liter, Toyota B engine. This ute has a four speed manual transmission, hardwood bed and runs like an absolute tank. This truck is complete and is not missing any major trim or body parts. This Land Cruiser draws attention everywhere it goes so expect to spend some time talking to admirers any time you stop. We purchased this truck for a customer who was planning on turning it into a quad cab but like so many grand endevours the ink ran dry on sugar mountain. This is the perfect project truck for something like that. The frame has patches and the electrical will need to be addressed at some point in the future. This truck is sold as is. The great news is that many of the parts needed for repair are readily available in the US and are the same as those on the domestic FJ40. The mileage is unknown as it is only a 99,999km odometer. Currently has AZ title and is at our warehouse in LA and ready to ship! It is nearly impossible to find one of these in the US and even harder to find one under 20K.
