Vehicle Detail
Here is my 1979 Jeep CJ5 Golden Eagle. I have done a lot of work already to the Jeep but can't finish it. Factory Tach and Clock. Tachometer works but the Clock doesn't. Power Steering but No Power Brakes. It has a Reman Engine with about 60000 miles on it and a new clutch at the time of the engine replacement. New Rebuilt factory 2 barrel carburetor along with a New Fuel Pump, Filter and lines. Also installed a new Galvanized Gas Tank with New Hoses and a New Sending Unit. New Front Brake Calipers, Pads and Brake Pads. New Tail Lights. The frame is in very good shape! But the body needs lots of patching. I started to weld in patch panels in the rear over the body mounts. I removed most of the rust in the floor boards and started to fit replacement panels for welding. The seats are all ripped but the Drivers is the worst. The dash pad is in great shape! I have the spare Factory wheel with an Original Tire still on it! I have no top for the Jeep. Only the Bikini top. I do have the Step for the drivers side. I have some Extras for the Jeep that will be offered to the new owner. If they don't want to buy them then I will be listing them on here at a later date. Any questions feel free to ask! Check out my other items! I have a Clear signed New Jersey Title for the Jeep. I haven't had the chance to transfer it over to my name to get a PA title. On Jul-12-14 at 18:52:16 PDT, seller added the following information: A fellow ebayer pointed out to me that the Jeep has a one piece axle kit in the rear AMC 20. I got a look at it today and can see where the cover was removed and a Moser 1 piece axle kit has been installed to replace the shear prone 2 piece axles. Just wanted to let everyone know that's either watching or bidding on the Jeep. Steve (cooljeep)
