You're looking at a 1993 Honda Helix 250 cc Scooter. We bought this in 2008 for my wife to learn to ride. It's a super economical way to ride - she's averaged 75-80 mpg. She's loved it for 5 years, even on a couple long trips - 750 miles +. It's more than capable of highway speeds and will easily go 65+. She's ridden with a group for several years and never had a problem keeping up. It starts right up and runs smooth. There's no shifting to worry about, so it's really easy to learn to ride. And there's great storage in the rear trunk area so you can stop by the store to pick up those essentials. My wife used this for grocery shopping and could often get $50 of groceries home. The seat is wide and comfortable, with no tears or wear marks. It's always been kept inside, and looks great for its age. There are some marks from trailering (during a move - straps rubbed). We've touched them up, but they're visible. I've included a picture of the worst to give you an idea. There is also some discoloration near the fuel tank (picture # ) and near the inspection sticker (picture # ). These were there when we bought it, so not sure what they're from.
