Selling 2002 Ford Escape for mother-in-law that no longer drives BELOW KBB value. Vehicle has not been road driven for about 2 years, but everything works(I drove it around her complex a few weeks ago). The car would be a first car or used for utility purposes. The car is not perfect and will need some basic repairs to make it safe as a daily driver. Car needs new tires and brakes, and a good interior detail.
