I purchased this car a year ago to go cruising in and enter in our local parade. Had a great time doing it, now it is time to sell and make room for other projects. The 425 engine runs out great. Plenty of power. No engine noises or smoke. The TH400 transmission shifts great as well. The air conditioning will work for a couple of days and eventually quits, I am guessing a leak somewhere in the system. Newer BFGoodrich tires on Olds Rally rims. I am missing two front center caps. The interior is in great shape, with the exception of tears in the front seat. Nice door panels, instruments and dash. The factory AM Radio is hooked up, but does not work. The convertible top will need repaired or replaced. There are some stitches coming apart. It will go down on its own, but needs assistance coming back up. The body has rust on all lower areas. The passenger rear quarter panel is the worst. The chrome is nice except for the rear bumper. It will not shine like the rest of the trim. Four wheel power drum brakes. They really grab the first time you hit them, and then they work normal. Power steering. Quiet single exhaust that isn't too old. I have driven this car over 1000 miles in the last year, including a 450 mile round trip on a weekend get away. Good times!! All lights work. Turn signals do work, but do not cancel. You need to move the lever back up or down. I have several receipts for thousands of dollars work done in the last 10 years. Fly in and drive home.
