1963 Baja Bug Price: 7000I'm having to put my Baja up for sale. He is a 1963 Bug that has been converted. He has a 1600 DP motor that has approximately 4000 miles on it. It was built by Wolfgangs of Redding. If I were to describe this car I would say interior 7 exterior paint 8 and mechanical 10. I purchased this car already converted and went through it with a fine tooth comb. It now has an orbital battery, new alternator, compufire electronic ignition, large remote oil cooler, new engine/trans poly mounts, sunvisors, empi shifter, new shift rod and bushing, also has tach, oil pressure, and temperature gauges installed.. I love this car but I just got a job that is 180 miles from home and I need something I can commute in once a week. Don't get me wrong this bug will cruise down the freeway at 75 all day long it just isn't really the best commuter. I just did an oil change, valve job, and adjusted the carbs and synced them.
