This is a rare opportunity to buy a Peugeot 504 that has a solid body, is in good mechanical condition and is entirely road-worthy. This was previously listed on eBay, but the buyer turned out to be a fraud and did not complete payment. I have lowered the reserve price from the previous listing as I do want to sell this car to someone who will care for it and keep it going for years to come. But I will not give it away. I bought it 10 years ago from the original owner in Texas and have had it garaged in Northern Virginia ever since. No body rust at all. It is in very good running condition - registered in the State of Virginia as a daily driver, not an antique. I have maintained it well and regularly, had the transmission rebuilt, as well as necessary work on the suspension, brakes, and power steering and have all the records for the work done by the original owner as well as the work I have done. I am planning on having it inspected again this week and the oil changed. I also have a good collection of replacement parts for the car, including gas and oil filters. I also have a fuel pump (though it does have a relatively new one), a rebuilt carburetor, starter, alternator, muffler, exterior light lenses, chrome trim, hub caps, many other parts and a complete set of workshop and electrical manuals. All of the parts and manuals are included in the sale price. The interior is not in good condition and will have to be reupholstered - both the seats and the door panels. But I do have a complete extra set of door panels and seats for that purpose if you want to do it yourself. I also have a number of replacement console parts and interior switches and light panels. This is a strong and good running car - one that has been well maintained and that I still use to go to the metro and stores.
