This auction is a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. I have done my best to accurately describe this vehicle. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction.--> Defects and Fixits: Upon inspection of the Buick upon arrival here is the list: The windshield has a crack laterally very near the top of the windshield that does not appear obvious in the field-of-vision. The sunroof is not responding with the switch. The clear-coat on the paint has few areas of opaque sun exposure on tops and sides. Gas tank door is ajar and may need actuator arm. The car has not been seen on a lift so no representation for any under-car parts such as steering, exhaust, brakes and the like. Air-conditioning is reported as being low on freon according to the touch screen in center console. Car has been yard-driven only and appears very sound for motor, transmission overall condition.
