this is a 1970 Pontiac grand prix. this is a west coast car that has no rust. paint is mostly original and thin. this car is a fantastic driver that can be driven anywhere. smooth, strong and drives and stops fantastic. I bought this car last year and drove it last summer. previous owner went thru this car to make it a reliable daily driver. rebuilt transmission with aprox 1000 miles on it with receipt. engine seems to have been done but I don't see any receipts. folder full of receipts including new carb, complete brakes from booster back, high tork starter, headliner, tune ups ect. original protect-o-plate. just a great every day classic driver that always gets thumbs up. for the bad, the speedometer takes a while to settle in. cable is new. trunk seal leaks so as in the picture there is surface rust only. has been in storage all winter. just hooked up the battery and she fired right up. hate to sell but have way too many cars and just don't get a chance to drive them. feel free to ask any questions and you can have someone come look at the car also. as with any 40 year old car this is sold as is. new York does not issue titles for cars made before 73 so the new owner will receive the registration with ownership transferred on the back and a notorized bill of sale. buyer needs to send paypal deposit of 500 dollars within 24 hours of auction end. balance to be received within 7 days in the form of certified or cashiers check. all funds must clear before vehicle is released. buyer is responsible for all shipping. car is for sale localy. seller reserves the right to end auction early. a great driver that is ready to drive anywhere today! thanks for looking.On Jun-04-14 at 19:41:24 PDT, seller added the following information: to answer some questions, Pontiac 400 4 barell automatic dual exhaust. no a/c. roll up windows. no options. nothing to screw up. gas gauge works great. some bondo on driver side quarter. not from rust but seems to be from a very old dent repair. tires are great. drives with one finger control. absolute easy daily driver.
