I have reluctantly decided to sell my 1934 Plymouth street rod project. I was just diagnosed with a chronic lung disease and I am not going to be able to do the sanding, painting and welding that the car would need to finish her off. The buyer will have a good start on this project. It has a current Connecticut registration. Some of the things that have been done is it has a strong running Chrysler V-8 engine with a 2bbl carb. It has a Chrysler 726 automatic transmission, Ford LTD front end including power disk brakes, Ford 9" rear end with power drum brakes, power steering. The previous owner installed power windows in the front and poppers with bear claws on the front doors. I have the original handles and was going to go back to them. I like the looks of the handles, especially with the double suicide doors. Everything works but I bought a modern 24 fuse fuse box and planned on rewiring the car. The fuse box/wiring harness will be included with the sale along with "handle style" power window switches (4 included) to use original handles on power window switches. Also included are upgraded headlights with built in signals. Also a brand new hot rod style heater unit (still in the box). The roof has been filled and exterior color is black primer. Will need a complete interior . The car runs and drives good. This is a great start for someone to get into a Street Rod/ Rat Rod project without breaking the bank!
