this is a true survivor. Was parked in basement of Buick dealership in Illinois in 1971 and never moved again till last year. Got it home put new battery in and every light worked. even sat in car and listened to the reds game on the radio. It cranks but does not start. It has oil pressure as oil light goes out after a couple seconds of cranking. I put new plugs in it, new carb gasket and sent water pump out to be rebuilt. Thats as far as I have got. It has two windows that need replaced as seen in pics. Small hols on drivers seat behind where your shoulder would be and carpet worn in drivers area. Beautiful interior. upholstery could use a good steam cleaning. stains and such visible in pics. No rust, but long ding seen in pics in lower drivers front quarter. All original wheels there, even spare. this is an awesome car to restore and current NADA on this is 23k+. No I will not go lower than starting price, but there is no reserve either.
