What I have at no reserve is a California Rust free 1957 Thunderbird 312 v8 with automatic transmission, power windows and 44,000 original miles. I got it from the second owner that had it in his garage since 1978, recently he had it taken out of storage got it started then decided to sell it. I really don't know to much about the Tbird other then when we bought the project the pervious owner stated the car and put it in gear for us, I can't really contest to the condition of the motor/transmission other then I seen it run for a few minutes and move 20 feet or so. The pervious owner did state to me that this is the original Motor and Transmission, given where I bought the car "A very old messy storage" I don't doubt it is, but I don't know how to verify that they are the original motor and transmission. If you know how the find out if they are the original motor and transmission and if you are a serious buyer please let me know how I can verify and I will do my best to do so. With the auction comes some useful parts, most all of the stainless and trim part in fairly good shape, but the most beneficial I believe is the new rear window and the very nice original front windshield. As always please try to come and inspect the car per purchase or have any number of inspection companies on google come on your behalf because no matter how hard a person tries to be honest and forthcoming I can't see thought the eyes of a buyer, so it is always best to have an independent person come and look at a Potential investment in you place, if you can't make it to Los Angeles. LIke I mentioned in the beginning this is a rust free car including the floors,trunk and the body. It was also brought to my attention in some of the photos the left rear quarter looks pushed in, I apologize for the poorly taken photos, I'm not a body man but it looks pretty straight to me. I'm sure some blocking or what not will be needed but it is not hit,damaged or pushed in.
