Up for sale is a 1997 GMC Sierra Extended Cab 4x4. I am not offering shipping or delivery. Vehicle is located in Algona IA. Vehicle is in good condition. The truck has the original stock rear end, drive train, engine and transmission with dual exhaust. An aftermarket K&N Filter intake system and Pioneer radio cd player has been installed. The vehicle has recently been serviced (oil change, grease and tire rotation) within the last 45 days. Tires have 50% remaining rubber. Truck gets between 16-17mpg highway. As with trucks of this year there is rust in the left side rocker panel and beginning rust of the right side rocker panel. There is also a dent in the left front fender and leading door edge. Rear quarters and pickup bed are solid. Truck has bed rails, Bed caps, running boards as well as grill guard and trailer tow package. Paint has some scratches and blemishes but is in good shape overall. Items requiring attention….air conditioning would need to be recharged (it functions but doesn’t blow cold air and there could be a leak). Occasionally the ABS lights up when not called for and activates when not needed. Vehicle is in good running condition otherwise. Brakes, lights, blinkers, cruise control and wipers work as does the power windows and doorlocks. All gauges function as they should. This would make an excellent work truck.
