I have all service records since I've owned (2007) - Porsche dealer has maintained this vehicle. Brakes are at 80%.Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires are in good condition.There is a slight intermittent rattle in the right door (lid/armrest).There is an intermittent safety bag light. Porsche service manager has said to wait to replace sensor until it stays on consistently.Two very minor door dings (one in left rear quarter panel and one on gas lid).Right side wheels are clean. Left side has minor curb rash (approx 6" mark on left front and 4" mark on left rear - should be an easy cosmetic fix).Other than that, this vehicle has been a joy to own and drive! I think it would be hard to find a cleaner 996. It was by far the cleanest one I found in 2007 and I believe it has been maintained to the standards of most picky "car guys".On top of that, it's even the right colors!!! For sale locally, reserve the right to end auction early.
