1959 Cadillac Coupe that had a “restoration” started by a collector some years back…. It appears that the engine and trans were gone through. Front end feels pretty good. I have bled the brakes. Tires have little mileage on them. Paint was redone but it has sat around so there are a few little nicks and scratches that could use some minor attention. Whe we got the car it was somewhat apart, so we have been gathering up parts and trying to get as much on the car as we can.With that said, some items like might need to be gone through such as the windshield wiper system, seat, cluster, etc…. I have 3 of 4 windows working. The car does have an Original horn ring on it. 1959 Cadillac true mileage unknown, odometer reads 75,282Clean California title The seats were redone but the side panels still need doing as well as carpets and trunk. I could have those done locally if one wishes. I have a replacement piece of glass for the left rear quarter. This is a very dry car, DO NOT confuse this with others that have been listed recently that wont show the undercarriage, the trunk floors or floorboards of a car. I WILL show pictures of all these areas. This is a work in progress, more time and effort will be spent this week. New fuel pump has been ordered and the carb will be sent out for a rebuild. The chrome on the car is very nice original, No pitting on window frames on this car….The dash pad is in good original shape, it was off the car when we got it.the ash tray and glove box pieces are in the trunk as are a few other items that have not been put on as of yet. The rear bumper still retains its 1969 dated Nevada license plate…the car has a clear California title I will be updating pictures at www.fotki.com/cadcliff as the work progresses this week.
