You are viewing a super Rare unmolested 1980 turbo trans am indy 500 pace car...this is an all original car....bought new here in New Jersey in 1980 at Sifford Pontiac in Bagota NJ...where it was used for pleasure until owner deceased in 1992,,car was garaged.its entire life..very rarely seen any element, This car retains all its original paint,,all the way original down to its blue and white mud flaps..to its never used inflatable spare and air bottle in trunk..the teunk is amazingly like new..with its original tar matting on floor trunk...so original..its T-Top bags still have the little packet of Gel inside to keep out moisturethe rubber on the ttops,,and all windows is impressive..and untouched...interior is showroom..no cracks in dash,,no wear to steering wheel..in the rear behind ttop..headliner has little sag..but mint condition still..i didnt even want to touch it.....this cars exterior is amazing,,,and sure shows the indoor life it lived,,,paints amazing ,,pinstripe is very good..minimal wear in spots..but amazing...Bird decal is impressive...on drivers door,,by mirror,light cracking in paint,,maybe size of a hand...dont know why,,,may have been a factory defect,,but you have to look close...otherwise,,car runs new,,and drives well..1 or 2 tires may have a flat spot from sitting 24 years,i felt a hopping lightly.....This car is documented from a letter in 1995 that shows from state of New Jersey..car retained its original mileage of 11700...Notorized ,,and documented...along with all years of registrations will go with car...and all original dealer paperwork....This car was Rustproofed,,and dealer undercoated...with the invoice still in glove boxThis cars a near Time CapsuleLook at the Original still colored from being indoors decades,,its 1991 registration stickerMirrored T-Tops are like NEWNO Rust...of course...Rockers...Floors...Fenders...IMPESSIVE...Factory Conditioncar has a CB antenna...but dont know if cb is in original factory radio,,or once had itcruise controlair condition..etchas a dealer installed Chapman lock under steering wheel....NO Key,,,does not affect carhave the Original dealer keysYou will not find another like it,,anywhere aroundThis car still has its original tires on it,,,with no wearany questions please feel free to ask myself,,or my wifetele. 2012061030On May-04-14 at 17:41:22 PDT, seller added the following information: If anyone would be intrested in ending auction early through ebay with a best offer..please feel free to contact us..........i dont mind ending early,so i can move to my next venture...ive had 2 offers...just being fair since 3 days left incase someone isnt viewing at this time..id be happy to entertain....someone will get one hell of a piece of American History in unbelievable condition...near Museum Quality with this documentation...........Thanks...and good Luck
