Vehicle Detail

If you have been looking for an absolutely beautiful Mustang GT Convertible, you just found it! I have owned this car since 1997 and it has been absolutely pampered and babied since I bought it. The car had 53,000 miles on it when I bought it. This car has never been beat, never raced, not driven in rain, etc. This GT has been garaged since the day I bought it. You can buy this for a daily driver, or use it like I do: Car shows and car cruises. This car has won many trophies since I have owned it. There is nothing wrong with it and I would not be selling it if I had not just bought a nice Shelby! This is a Mustang that still has the original radio in it! It has not been all chopped up or raced on the street or drag strip. This is a stunning example of a fox body. When I bought the car in 1997, it was in great condition. In 2006, I decided I wanted to start showing the car. I had the car professionally painted. This included removal of all weatherstripping, body moldings and then disassembled for painting. The paint was not bad to begin with. No rust, no damage, faded paint, etc. I just wanted to make it perfect. I replaced the weatherstripping and body moldings with brand new! The paint is the original color with pearl added. This paint job cost me close to $10,000, but I wanted a show car. Car has all original body panels. The black convertible top is in great condition. I replaced that 5 years ago. It has the glass window. The interior has been redone and is in excellent condition. No rips, tears, stains or anything like that. Carpet has been replaced too. Dash is great with no cracks. All interior pieces are intact and in great working condition. Interior work cost me another $1,000. I also spent a lot of money in the engine compartment. I did not tear the engine apart to make it a street racer. I wanted it looking nice for the car shows. Look at the pictures! I replaced the following: Polished Ford Racing Cobra intake, chrome valve covers, BBK cold air intake, Ford Racing stainless steel shorty headers, MAC high-flow cats (H-pipe), chrome power master alternator, polished water pump, polished throttle body, new Ford Racing hoses and wires, and red top battery. I also have the original parts that I took off. I will entertain offers on these from the buyer. I also replaced the original pony rims with 18" cobra rims., SSBC slotted and cross drilled front rotors. I put at least $5,000 in the above items. Everything works on the car. Air is ice cold, heat works, all lights, gauges, top, all power options including cruise! Tires have very few miles on them. Everything mechanical such as brakes, exhaust, steering, all work correctly. I also replaced struts and shocks (KYB). This stuff is like new. I have only driven this car around 13,000 miles in the last 9 years!! I have two thick folders full of receipts. This car gets compliments everywhere it is seen. Once again, if I had not bought my Shelby, this would not leave my garage. It is currently sitting next to my Shelby and 1965 Mustang. They look beautiful together, but I want some toys for the Shelby, which I have already starting showing. There is a reserve price set. The reserve will not be disclosed. Take a chance on bidding on this prime example of a Mustang Gt, or own it by clicking the Buy it Now. Remember, when the car hits the reserve, the Buy it Now will disappear. Winning bidder must pay a cash deposit of $250 within 24 hours of winning the car, or I reserve the right to relist or offer on a second chance. Full payment to be paid when you pick up the car, and is to be done within 7 days. Payment must be in cash or certified check. If you are paying with a certified check, we will go together to your bank and I will cash the check to make sure it is good. I have clear title in hand. If you want the car shipped, you will have to make arrangements and I must be fully paid prior to releasing car. This car is owned by a good friend of mine. He is not familiar with Ebay, so I said I would help him out. There is no way I would put things on an ad of mine if they were not true. Look at my outstanding feedback! This car is everything he says it is, plus way much more. If I had the money, it would be sitting in my garage! It is a stunning example of a fox body. It is ready to put in a car show tomorrow if you want to show it! Needs nothing
