LOW RESERVE!!! 1974 Mustang!!!40th Anniversarry!!!This car has been completely refreashed after sitting in a garage since the mid 90's!!! The car is a 1 family owned car and has only been driven by the original owner. Extensive records and ALL the original reciepts, repairs and warranty work are included in the sale along with the owners manual. Every single California yearly registaration as well. The car has only the need of the drive shaft yolk being balanced. I just replaced the universal joints and it turned out it was the yolk that caused the vibration. The shaft is perfect. The motor runs smooth and at idle seems to be off! The transmission apears to be clean, painted and redone. The clutch is strong. I just repainted the car and removed the ugly "Ghia" trim package. The car only needs the simple reflector bezels to be complete. I repainted her in her original Medium Red after she had spent the last 20+ in a Metalic Brown with a burgandy cast. I replaced the old "Mustang II" fender side markers with the 1966 "GT" fender emblems. They are a VAST improvement. I intended to place my 1966 GT 289 High-Po motor in the car, but the motor ran so well and recent bills force me to sell this AWESOME lil' sleeper. I recomend this upgrade if you are able to do it. Easy if you know how. Especially since the 1974 has the old school electrical system. NO BRAIN BOX! These pix are 2 weeks old. Car has the mirrors and original front seats (black) back in it. She also has the remaining/missing trim in these pix back on the car. I'll try and get pix up. The interior is a 7 out of 10. Great driver shape, yet can be improved. This car has NO RUST and NEVER HAS! Never hit either. Car can be great as is or upgraded to a V-8 in a weekend. Up to you! That said, the 2.8 German Colon motor has tons of speed shop upgrades that can boost her up towards 300hp. The motor was raced in Europe for years in the Capri's with racing cams and Webber carbs. Ask the Sunbeam guys about this motors upgrades!Bid with confidence. If the car isn't sold I will place the 289 Hi-Po in her and try and sell her again in a couple weeks. GOOD LUCK!!!! LOW RESERVE!!!
