Up for sale is a Black 1994 Chevrolet Impala SS, purchased by another family member in 2010 from the 2nd owner. The first two owners kept the car well maintained, clean, and garage kept and we have tried to do the same! Purchased with only 68,000 miles on the car in it's first 17 years, I began using the car as a daily driver in the summer and began putting quite a bit of highway miles on the vehicle, bringing the current odometer reading up to 104,000 miles. Additionally, we have done some other modifications to the vehicle that have made it more sporty for driving.Exterior:The car is all black with light window tint all the way around. The vehicle has been well kept but +100k miles on the car still reveal itself in the form of some light scratches, dings, and very typical paint were. In general I would describe the condition as very good but the car could certainly use some simple paint touch-ups. Areas that have shown the most wear include front and rear bumpers, as well as the spoiler. Interior:The car's interior is very, very clean in excellent condition. The only noticeable signs of wear that can be seen are typical wear in the padding of the driver's seat. Otherwise the interior is stain and odor free. This car has never been smoked in and the air conditioning blows cold. Additionally the car has custom painted door escutcheon plates, a custom stereoe w/ an Eclipse HU and Sony X-plod speakers in the door and rear shelf, and a steering wheel cover (the steering wheel looks new underneath).Mechanics:This car as been extremely dependable in my entire ownership, but I have done some repairs and modifications. Specifically, the three biggest components that fail on this vehicle (fuel pump, radiator, and optaspark) have been replaced within the last 25,000 miles. Additionally, the car comes with a custom tuned PCM that requires 93 Octane, and also a K&N FIPK intake. The PCM makes a great deal of difference in the performance of the car, but is currently swapped in favor of a factory PCM for fuel economy reasons. I will certainly re-install the high-performance PCM if desired. Also, the car had a new true dual exhaust system installed in 2012 with Fauxmaster mufflers and stainless tips and sounds very good. Other improvements on the car that have been done include a brake system upgrade with braided stainless brake lines, high carbon HD rotors front and back, and new cermanic brake pads. The car stops much better than factory and the brakes are silent.
