Up for auction, a 1982 AMC EAGLE 4dr sedan with a little under 58k org. miles. Car is in decent shape, dose have a few problems. I recently purchaced it, it dose run and drive, I drove it 35 miles or so the other day. the body and paint are very good overall, there is a dent at the bottom of the front passanger door, a few rust bubbles at the bottom of the right passanger door. body and paint in great shape otherwise. Vynal top has a few bad spots. The interior is very nice, seats and dash in great shape, there is some floor rust on the front passanger side, frame looks ok. All the glass is good, all windows work. As far as the engine, the only problem I see is the carb needs work, there is a leak in the intake manifold gasket so it dosn't idle well because of it. want to cut off at idle in gear, runs smooth at speed. The choke works, I do not see any fluid leaks. Motor has good power, I don't see any smoke, it handles good and rides good. The 4wd works fine. The breakes work fine. Believe it or not the AC blows cold and the heater will run you out. It is missing the rubber bumper ends and a couple small trim pieces., I do have eagle mud flaps. There is a new set of rear break shoes and wheel cylinders with it, it recently had the valve cover gasket and left halfshaft replaced. transmission has about 1200 miles on a rebuild.
