The tires are all brand new as well as the brakes all the way around. This little truck gets great gas mileage and starts right up. The car was bought last summer for my grand daughter. It's been sitting in my driveway ever since then waiting for her to get her license. Runs and drives fine other than a lifter like tick, like I said its been sitting a long time, the ticking noise may go away once you start using it but I wanted to be as honest as possible here...just to be clear it does have a noise, you could drive it as is or fix the noise, your choice. It does not affect the way it runs or drives. This truck is worth over 7,000 look on ebay for yourself you can drive it as is or fix it there is plenty of room price wise.. Everything is in good working order. Please remember this is a used truck and although it is very clean it must have a ding or scratch some where which is typical for a truck of its year. Just trying to be honest as possible with my description. I tried my best to take pictures of any minor imperfections all and all its a great truck it can't be beat for the price.
