Easy project!! 1950 Custom 2 door chopped top Mercury!!! The Mercury is equipped with a great running Gm 350 V8 motor, 350 automatic trans., power steering, tilt column, late model independent front suspension with power disc brakes, and Gm rear end with drum. The Mercury body was placed down on a late model Gm frame ( olds ). This little Mercury is bad to the bone!!! It has a floated 49 Plymouth grill, frenched 57 Cad tail lights, electric trunk, custom dash, caddy air cleaner, and a beautiful set of true spoke wire wheels with brand new fat white wall tires! The interior is black Naugahyde, and looks great!! ( see pics) The Porch red paint looks fantastic!! ( not perfect small imperfections, scratches etc.) with custom old school pin stripping to set it off. The fenders, and skirts are fiber glass the rest is steel. There are a few things that need To be finished on this custom sled. You will need to wire up the gauges, and install 3 piece back glass ( I have the Glass ).
