Up for grabs is a very solid 68 FJ40 complete with very strong running Chevrolet 350 V8 backed with a GM 400 turbo trans mated to stock Toyota transfer case. Front and rear differentials are also stock FJ40. Front hubs are manual style. Bolt pattern is stock 6 lug. Uses original 4WD levers to shift from 2 to 4wd H/L. The frame/body/tub/top are exceptionally solid for a 45 year old vehicle. Only minor surface rust hear and there and minor rust at the rear passenger side tailgate section at the floor less than the size of a person's fist. This has both rear swinging tailgate with spare tire and fuel can mount and the ambulance half-doors with rear hatch window. Front windshield is cracked and will need a replacement. Seats in photo are not the originals. Headlamps, turn-signals, brake lamps, reverse lamps, interior dash lamp all work. We have seen FJ40's in less than half this shape for more than what we are asking. These FJ40's are getting harder and harder to find in this condition for under 10k and this one is driveable.
